I’m Chase Kennedy (He/Him)

_Since 2013, I have designed for Nike, where I help create a global range of performance and lifestyle products for various athletes, aesthetics, genders, ages, and regions.

_At Nike, I have been entrusted with the design and commercialization of industry-defining innovations, pinnacle product collections, equipment for legendary athletes, and multiple multi-billion [USD] franchises.

_Before moving to Portland, I worked in both Men’s and Women’s fashion apparel roles in New York, where I gained a lifetime of friends and mentors, each of which have become world-leading designers in their own right and continue to inspire my work today.

_Originally, I am from the farmlands of North Carolina, where I grew up with country music, nascar, dirtbikes, baseball, and barbecue.

_I love/like running, and have been getting out there regularly for about 7 years. I am definitely indifferent to signing up for races, so only one official marathon under the belt…but feel free to connect on Strava if that’s your thing.

_Outside of work and runs, I enjoy collecting records, playing guitar, and discovering new music. As a kid, music connected me to the creative world beyond my small town and it has been a consistent creative outlet for me over the years.
